great omega 3
Great ingredients with small fish and in a pill form I can actually swallow. Doesn't leave me with any aftertaste as well.

Help to sooth my dry throat
Other than taking fish oil to manage my cholesterol level, i will always bite the capsule to sooth my dry throat before it becomes scratchy and sore. It always work!
