What Is the GoTrim System?
GoTrim Lifestyle System is a customizable, science-based program designed to fit you and your unique lifestyle. Life isn’t rigid or predictable, and your weight management solution shouldn’t be either. GoTrim Lifestyle System encompasses low-glycemic-impact eating, body composition, behavior modification and supplementation, offering extensive plans that cover everything you'll need to get fit. This comprehensive approach will assist you with achieving your weight management goals and leading a new, healthy lifestyle.

What is Low-GI Eating?
Low-Glycaemic Index eating focuses on how different foods affect your blood sugar level. The Glycaemic Index measures foods on a 100-point scale. Low-GI foods produce little fluctuations in our blood sugar or insulin levels. This is important because when your blood sugar rises quickly, your body increases insulin production, forcing the body into fat accumulation and storage. Controlling the GI of your foods promotes normal blood-sugar levels and enables the body to stay in a fat-burning mode.

How do I get started?
We recommend signing up at sg.GoTrim.com and taking our FREE Weight Management Profile to determine the best plan to suit your lifestyle and weight management goals. The plan recommended for you will supply you with the information you need for your unique weight management journey.

Can children participate in GoTrim programs?
No, GoTrim is not recommended for children. GoTrim is recommended for adults over 18 years. Always speak to a health care provider before beginning this or any other weight management program.

How do I sign in?
At the top of the page in the site header, click “Sign In/Register”. The area will expand at the top of the page to display the “Sign In” field. In the “Email Address” and “Password” fields, enter your login information. Click “Sign In”. If your information is incorrect, you will receive an error message.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
At the top of the page in the site header, click “Sign In/Register”. The area will expand at the top of the page to display the “Sign In” field. Click the “Forgot your password?” link under the “Password” field. The site will take you to the “Reset Password” page. In the “Email Address” field, enter your email address used to sign up for the site. Click Send. The site will display a message to “Please check your email”. Open the “Password Change/Reset” email. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam folder. In the “Password Change/Reset” email, click the “Change Password” link. The “Update Password” page will open. Enter in your new password. It must be 7-10 letters or numbers and cannot include spaces. Click “Reset Password”. You will receive an error message if the passwords do not match or do not meet the criteria.

How do I change my email address?
Sign in and click “My Account” at the top of the page. Under “Account Settings” click “Edit My Personal Settings”. Enter your updated email address in the “New Email Address” and “Confirm New Email Address” fields. Click Submit. You will receive a “Personal Information Updated” message on the page.

Simply search for the product you're looking for using the large search box at the top of the page. Then click on the product you want from any search results page and add your product to your shopping cart.

Do I have to pay for my order in full?
Yes. The total amount of all item(s) ordered will be charged in full to your credit card. Online orders cannot be paid for on an installment basis.
